El Quijote is a historic spanish resturant within the Hotel Chelsea, originally opened in 1930 and recently revived with new owners and a fresh menu.

The branding preserves the restaurant’s old-world charm and playful embrace of vintage kitsch with warm reds and golds, scallop edge details and the classic horseman mark updated to include an olive skewer. Walking into the restaurant is a nostalgic step back into old New York City.
